Our electrician arrives at your site upon agreement, works responsibly, takes care of waste sorting and leaves the worksite neat and orderly.

MAINTENANCE STARTS WITH SURVEYING

Electrical maintenance is initiated with a SURVEY, which is conducted in order to evaluate the current situation of the electrical equipment. For the components requiring maintenance or/and attention, a REPAIR RECOMMENDATION is drawn up. As part of the electrical maintenance, a REPAIR SERVICE SCHEDULE is also recommended.

Preventative maintenance is always more affordable than interrupted operation or quick fixes. Regular maintenance insures that the desired safety standards are upheld and guarantees the operational reliability of the systems.

OWNER OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFE ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

Owner of electrical equipment is responsible for safe electrical installation. The responsibility of monitoring the condition and safety of electrical equipment and quickly removing detected faults and malfunctions, lies with the owner of the electrical equipment.

Hourly fee: private homes, offices, etc. 69€/hr.
Thermal imaging, service stations, barns, etc. 79€/hr
Mileage: 1,50€/km. Hourly fee does not apply to travel time.

Prices include VAT 24%. Remember to apply for deduction of household expenses!

*Work includes:

Removal of old electrical appliance. Installation of new electrical appliance with equivalent safety rating. Regulatory electrical testing and inspection. Operational inspection. Responsible recycling of old electrical appliance. Transportation of electrical appliances within the city limits of Mikkeli.

**Includes 4 metres of wiring through a single hole in the wooden wall. Ask for the exact installation content.

* Work does not include:

Electrical appliances, stoves, sauna stoves, etc. Electrical alterations to electric switchboard or wiring. It does not apply to installation of sauna stoves with separate control panel.
